I want to help women and couples to find the best ways to live and love in harmony as a couple, an individual, and in all of your life relationships. As a marriage and family therapist, I work with couples to develop, maintain, and repair relationships, but I also have a passion for partnering with women to improve their daily life and successfully navigate any life transition. Why Women Work with Me
Life is always changing. Some of those changes happen with our permission (and perhaps with our blessing), and sometimes, changes come about without our permission at all. When life changes take you by surprise, you don’t have to navigate them on your own. Some common reasons women choose to work with me include the following:

- Empty nest
- Stage of life changes
- Job loss
- Maneuvering through a new employment situation
- Loss of support group from a major move in residence
What Happens During Counseling Sessions?
The life transitions listed above are only a small sampling. Your situation may be different. Whatever your challenge is right now, we can work together to help you identify the ways (and the whys) you are stuck in patterns that prevent you from moving forward, gaining acceptance where appropriate, finding the positives in your situation, and building your confidence. I will assist and encourage you in identifying your inner strengths – yes, you have them! We will also identify short and long term goals and develop healthy coping skills you can use in all areas of life.
How do I Get Started?
As a trained marriage and family therapist. I work with women and couples to develop coping skills, improve communication and relationship stability, and learn to lead their healthiest and most harmonious lives.
